People forget how much of an effect sleep has on your health. I'm an insomniac so I have spent a lot of years between different health professionals looking for some kind of reason I can't sleep, and a magic cure to it all. As I get older I'm realizing I might not find a magic solution, but need to use a combination of the tricks from each type of practitioner. I'm starting to write them here, both so I have one place to look when I'm tired and so other people can try some of these as well. You can expect to see some late night updates from me!
